I explore, teach and critically investigate the creative potential of current and emerging technologies in the context of communication design practice. My background began mainly in print and photography but it wasn’t long before I discovered that I could take those skills and apply them to moving image. I soon become infatuated with time based communication design and made sure I was more than capable of creating self directed films. Exploring both analogue and digital mediums of visual communication, whilst having an open minded understanding of the wider context of communication design. This hasn’t just served me as an academic advantage but has in fact become an active part of creating design solutions for clients and teaching. Through my experience and education I have established a skill set specifically tailored for my own personal practice within new media;
